Ketih Haring Gesture Paintings

4th Graders started with a gesture drawing activity where scholars posed in dynamic poses as the other scholars took only 30 seconds to draw the poses. We then studied the NYC artist Keith Haring and talked about his story telling and sense of movement. They then created these amazing paintings in the style of Keith Haring.
